Mindfulness Center Idaho offers one-on-one and group classes in mindfulness, movement and meditation.  Participants learn simple and useful skills to help develop a calm mind and a body that is open and at ease.

With a calm mind and a relaxed body, we can lead happy and compassionate lives. Mindfulness is our ability to be fully aware (body and mind) in the present moment. We use an approach to mindfulness that draws on contemplative practices from a variety of wisdom traditions, as well as yoga. While mindfulness has many health benefits, it is also a practice that fosters lovingkindness for self and others.
